Miss Taffy's Cheesecakes offers homemade custom cheesecakes in three different sizes. With a variety of flavors to choose from, we are sure you will find something to suit your taste! Our cheesecakes have smooth and creamy custom fillings on a variety of special crusts.
I am Cathy Wood, also known as "Miss Taffy". Why Miss Taffy? Well, a few years ago our wonderful neighbor's son, Drew was just learning to talk. Cathy is not the easiest word to say......so he called me "Miss Taffy" and the name stuck!
Miss Taffy's Cheesecakes are all about the warmest of family times. The recipe was passed down by my wonderful Nana Polly, who always made me a cheesecake for my birthday. “Mr. Taffy” thinks a cheesecake is about the crust as much as the cake. Miss Taffy completely agrees!
We offer a custom crust to finish off the flavor of the cheesecake fillings. We can mix and match filling flavors and crusts. We can also do custom fillings and crust flavors. If you can think it up....we are sure we can bake it! Is there a diabetic in your family? No problem! We can do a diabetic-friendly Splenda version of any cheesecake. On a gluten-free diet? We also have gluten-free crust!
